BrickTrue is an independent LEGO collector analytics and market-intelligence platform. By using the site, its reports, or its APIs, you agree to use them lawfully and to these terms.
Analytics are informational
BrickTrue Fair Market Value (FMV), Estimated Retail Value, valuation ranges, forecasts, Market Score, Cross-Market Intelligence, Best Verified Price, confidence indicators, anomaly safeguards, and Buy, Hold, Watch, or Consider Selling guidance are informational estimates and analytics only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, appraisal, authentication, or other professional advice, and are not a guarantee of future value, appreciation, resale value, investment return, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Collectible markets can fluctuate materially. Independently evaluate an item and its evidence before buying, selling, trading, or relying on a valuation. Marketplace prices, listings, availability, and conditions may change after BrickTrue checks them.
External marketplaces and transactions
Clicking eBay, StockX, or a future marketplace link takes you to an independent third party. BrickTrue is not the seller, buyer, payment processor, shipper, authenticator, or a party to that transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise. BrickTrue does not guarantee seller identity or conduct, authenticity, condition, completeness, shipping, taxes, availability, final checkout price, or transaction outcome. Third-party terms, privacy policies, fees, and policies apply when you leave BrickTrue.
Affiliate relationships
BrickTrue may receive compensation from qualifying affiliate or referral links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate compensation does not determine BrickTrue Market Score, valuation, Cross-Market Intelligence, Best Verified Price, confidence, anomaly safeguards, marketplace ranking, or market guidance.
Accounts, privacy, and user content
You are responsible for your account, password, authorized access, and the accuracy of collection, wishlist, grading, and other records you submit. Do not share credentials or submit information you do not have the right to use. User-submitted content remains the user's content; BrickTrue does not claim ownership of private collection data or grading photos. You grant BrickTrue only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, secure, and operate the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use and security
You may not abuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use BrickTrue to violate law or another party's rights. Unauthorized scraping, robots, spiders, automated extraction, bulk copying, reverse engineering, or attempts to harvest BrickTrue proprietary or compiled analytics are prohibited except where expressly authorized in writing.
BrickTrue and third-party rights
BrickTrue's name, logo, software, scoring systems and methodologies, original analysis, reports, compiled analytics, site design, and original content are ©2026 BrickTrue and may not be copied or reused without authorization. LEGO®, the LEGO logo, the Minifigure, and the Brick and Knob configurations are trademarks and/or copyrights of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse BrickTrue. Third-party trademarks, marketplace names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The service, APIs, data sources, and marketplace connections may be interrupted, delayed, changed, rate-limited, or unavailable. BrickTrue may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, security interference, or violation of these terms. Reasonable warranty: the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, BrickTrue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-value damages arising from use of the service or an external transaction.
Updates
BrickTrue may update these terms as the platform evolves. The revised effective and update dates will be displayed on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
